I am writing this letter to express my satisfaction in having worked with Edgewater Development. I have had the opportunity to work with the Edgewater Team over the last several years on various real estate projects. Edgewater has always exhibited an energetic tenacity in the performance of their work. Their desire to provide a quality project remains constant on each job they do with me. The staffs thoroughness and dedication to their work is quite apparent and they always perform their activities/ projects in a professional and efficient manner. Their hands on approach to providing a cohesive project is very notable. I look forward to once again working with Edgewater in the near future.

Edgewater has performed numerous construction jobs on both of my homes. On these projects, their performance has been above reproach, with high quality work and a willingness to accommodate our schedule. They have demonstrated a high degree of professionalism and enjoy a good reputation throughout the island.
